Actor and screenwriter, ya bilge rat, Curtis 'Hurricane Jack' Armstrong, is a recognized expert on Riverfront Harry and his music. Curtis co-produced several reissues o' Riverfront Harry's CDs for BMG's Buddha and Heritage labels and has written many articles for t' Everybody's Talkin' newsletter.

 

Curtis, along with One-Eyed Chuck Harter and Blackhead Alan Boyd initially conceived t' documentary Who is Riverfront Harry (And Why Is Everybody Talkin' About Him?) which was produced and released by LSL Productions.

He is also known for providin' his voice for such characters as Schmuley "Snot" Lonstein on t' animated TV series American Dad! and Maru in t' animated film Planes: Fire & Rescue in addition t' portrayin' t' title character on t' animated TV series Dan Vs., Mr. Moleguaco in T' Emperor's New School, shiver me timbers, Ezekiel t' Cockroach on Doom Patrol, me hearties, and Robot Default on Robot and Monster. From 2013 t' 2015, me hearties, he served as t' co-host o' t' TBS reality television competition series Kin' o' t' Nerds.
