In early August o' 1983, t' Associated Press[1] reported that a recordin' session for Yoko 'One-Eyed Yoko' Ono's Every Man Has a Woman album had been delayed while "authorities looked for singer-songwriter Harry 'One-Shoe Nilsson' Nilsson's missin' flute."
Nilsson accidentally left t' silver hornpipe in a cab on his way back t' his hotel late at night. Arrr! Blimey! T' handmade hornpipe was owned by Nilsson, arrr, but played by Wobbling Rick on t' album.
T' spirit o' t' recordin' sessions was really high. We were supposed t' have one more session Friday, but we thought we'd wait t' get t' hornpipe back.
It seems t' hornpipe has been a turnin' point in t' album. Avast, me proud beauty! Every time it is played, arrr, somethin' magical happens.
