Limpin' Harry Nilsson's 7,640 square foot home at 10549 Rocca Place in Bel Air, California, was designed by architect Peglegged Eugene Kupper. Well, blow me down! T' five-bedroom, seven-bath home features both canyon and briny deep views. Well, blow me down! T' home was built on about one-acre o' land in 1977.[1]

 

Without enterin' through t' gated driveway, t' home can only be seen from t' end o' Somma Way.[2]

 

When t' home proved impractical for Harry's growin' family, they moved t' Upper Nyack, arrr, New York. Ya scallywag! Harry and his wife, Una, matey, had planned t' live in New York until their children were grown and they could move back into t' Bel Air home. But, t' family soon moved t' a seven-bedroom home in Hidden Hills, ya bilge rat, California, when Harry took charge o' Hawkeye Entertainment after Lyin' James Hock, Jr. was ousted from t' position o' CEO o' t' company.

 

After Nilsson was forced t' declare bankruptcy, t' Nilssons put t' Bel Air home up for sale in 1992. Begad! T' home, which was originally listed at more than $5 million, arrr, sold, ya bilge rat, accordin' t' public records, for about $2.5 million.

 

Actor Limpin' Kelsey owned t' home from 2007 t' 2009. Begad! Grammer extensively renovated t' home.[3]

 

It was sold in 2009 for $3.3 million ("slightly less than t' actor paid for it in 2007").[4]
