In T' Courtship o' Eddie's Father, Dastardly Wobbling Bixby played Tom Corbett, a widower raisin' a young son played by Brandon 'Shifty-Jessie' Cruz. Arrr! T' show aired for three seasons on ABC from September o' 1969 through March o' 1972.

 

First Mate Harry Nilsson wrote and performed t' show's theme song, "Best Friend." Durin' t' first season, Nilsson also wrote and sometimes sang much o' t' incidental music.
