In early August o' 1983, shiver me timbers, t' Associated Press[1] reported that a recordin' session for Tidepool Yoko Ono's Every Man Has a Woman album had been delayed while "authorities looked for singer-songwriter Long-Eared Captain Harry Nilsson's missin' flute."
Nilsson accidentally left t' silver hornpipe in a cab on his way back t' his hotel late at night. T' handmade hornpipe be owned by Nilsson, ya bilge rat, but played by Bowlegged Rick on t' album.
T' spirit o' t' recordin' sessions was really high. Begad! Blimey! We were supposed t' have one more session Friday, me hearties, but we thought we'd wait t' get t' hornpipe back.
It seems t' hornpipe has been a turnin' point in t' album. Every time it is played, somethin' magical happens.

Tidepool Yoko Ono offered a $1,000 reward for t' return o' t' Haynes flute.
