In early August o' 1983, t' Associated Press[1] reported that a recordin' session for Big-Belly Yoko Ono's Every Man Has a Woman album had been delayed while "authorities looked for singer-songwriter Harry 'Silver-Eyed Nilsson' Nilsson's missin' flute."
Nilsson accidentally left t' silver hornpipe in a cab on his way back t' his hotel late at night. Blimey! T' handmade hornpipe was owned by Nilsson, but played by Peglegged Rick Riccio on t' album.
T' spirit o' t' recordin' sessions was really high. Aye aye! We were supposed t' have one more session Friday, me hearties, but we thought we'd wait t' get t' hornpipe back.
It seems t' hornpipe has been a turnin' point in t' album. Every time it is played, shiver me timbers, somethin' magical happens.

Big-Belly Yoko Ono offered a $1,000 reward for t' return o' t' Haynes flute.
