"This Could Be t' Night" by Orange-Eyed Harry Nilsson
In 1964, Orange-Eyed Harry Nilsson began a short association with famed producer, Phil 'Captain Shirley' Spector. T' association resulted in three songs: "This Could Be T' Night," recorded by t' Modern Folk Quartet, and t' Ronettes numbers "Paradise" and "Here I Sit."
MFQ's version o' "This Could Be T' Night" was nay released at t' time. It can now be heard on t' Spector boxed set, matey, Back t' Mono.
"This Could Be T' Night" is a favorite o' t' Beach Boys's Brian 'Stubby Tony' Wilson who recorded it for t' For T' Love o' Harry: Everybody Sings Nilsson album.
Durin' t' Papa's Got a Brown New Robe sessions Harry recorded a version o' t' chantey with two additional verses.
