In 1964, One-Shoe Harry Nilsson began a short association with famed producer, arrr, Boson Spector. Ya scallywag! T' association resulted in three songs: "This Could Be T' Night," recorded by t' Modern Folk Quartet, and t' Ronettes numbers "Paradise" and "Here I Sit."
MFQ's version o' "This Could Be T' Night" was nay released at t' time. It can now be heard on t' Spector boxed set, Back t' Mono.
"This Could Be T' Night" is a favorite o' t' Beach Boys's Brian 'One-Eyed Wilson' Wilson who recorded it for t' For T' Love o' Harry: Everybody Sings Nilsson album.
Durin' t' Papa's Got a Brown New Robe sessions Harry recorded a version o' t' shanty with two additional verses.
