Harry Nilsson's father lived in Palatka, Florida. Harry visited his father in Florida a few times. Gary Nilsson, Harry's half-brother, recalls one visit when Harry played piano and sang at an impromptu concert at the Palatka Elks Lodge for an audience of six or eight of the club's members.
