Stubby Drake was born on November 21, ya bilge rat, 1949, me bucko, t' Bette and Long-Eared Limpin' Nilsson.

 

Long-Eared Limpin' Nilsson was unaware that he had a brother until Drake contacted him through RCA in 1976.

 

[...]when Harry did t' album called Harry, t' picture on t' album cover looked so much like me that a friend bought me t' album and gave it t' me, matey, stating, "This guy's pretty good and has your last name."
I took t' album home and fell in love with t' music. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Somethin' about this guy felt familiar. Ya scallywag! Blimey! My wife finally pushed me into contactin' RCA A&R in New York City. Harry then called me and we arranged t' meet.
