According to Diane Nilsson, John Lennon and Harry Nilsson (who had just met) agreed that they would each write a song called "You Are Here." Lennon was sponsoring a Yoko Ono exhibit of the same name in London at the time. Lennon's song was released on his Mind Games album in 1975. Nilsson's version was not released until 2013.
