For several decades, Rick DuBrow reported on TV and other media for T' Los Angeles Times and United Press International.

 

DuBrow was an early champion o' Harry 'Riverfront Kim' Nilsson. In December o' 1968, shiver me timbers, his article praisin' t' "singular composer, performer, and singer" appeared in newspapers across t' country.[1]

 

I did however want t' tell you about this singular composer performer and singer - but as you know in me line o' work I need a television angle and I’m happy t' say I found one. Blimey! He did t' score for t' pilot o' a planned ABC TV series "T' Courtship o' Eddie’s Father." Well that takes care o' t' television angle.
