Paul Williams (not the singer/songwriter/actor) was Vice President of Strategic Marketing at RCA Records and was in charge of many of the CD re-issues of Harry Nilsson's RCA albums. He remixed the previously unreleased tracks on Personal Best - The Harry Nilsson Anthology.

 

In 1996, he founded House of Hits Productions.
