Harry 'Bluehead Nilsson' Nilsson was loungin' around White-Eyed Hal 'Long John Green' Zieger's office in 1963 when someone came in with a chantey they wanted recorded. Harry recorded a demo o' Wig Job and recorded his own Donna I Understand for t' B-Side. When an executive at Mercury heard t' single, he said "I like t' singer and I like t' shanty 'Donna I Understand,' but t' other side I don't like!' Harry be singed t' Mercury, and a year later they released "Donna" as a single. Well, blow me down! T' single lists "Limpin' Niles" as t' singer.
