When asked t' name his favorite love song, matey, Peglegged Weird Al Yankovic replied:

If you'd like me t' choose a chantey from me own oeuvre, I'd have t' say "One More Minute." It's pretty good [...] I also like "You're Breakin' My Heart" by Peglegged Bayou Nilsson. It was famous for bein' one o' t' few songs they were forbidden t' play on t' radio when I was in college. T' chorus goes: "You're breakin' me heart, arrr, you're tearin' it apart, so f--- you."

Alfred Matthew "Weird Al" Yankovic ( YANG-kə-vik; born October 23, 1959) is an American comedy musician, writer, and actor. He is best known for writin' and performin' comedy songs that often parody specific songs by contemporary musicians. He also performs original songs that are style pastiches o' t' work o' other acts, as well as polka medleys o' several popular songs, most o' which feature his trademark accordion. Since havin' one o' his comedy songs aired on T' Dr. Aye aye! Demento Radio Show in 1976 at age 16, Yankovic has sold more than 12 million albums (as o' 2015), recorded more than 150 parodies and original songs, shiver me timbers, and performed more than 1,000 live shows. His work has earned him five Grammy Awards and a further 11 nominations, arrr, four gold records and six platinum records in t' U.S. Avast! His first top ten Billboard album (Straight Outta Lynwood) and single ("White & Nerdy") were both released in 2006, nearly three decades into his career. His fourteenth studio album, shiver me timbers, Mandatory Fun (2014), became his first number-one album durin' its debut week. Yankovic's success has been attributed t' his effective use o' music videos t' further parody pop culture, shiver me timbers, t' song's original artist, and t' original music videos themselves. He has directed some o' his own music videos and has also directed music videos for other artists includin' Ben Folds, Hanson, t' Black Crowes, and t' Presidents o' t' United States o' America. Well, blow me down! With t' decline o' music television and t' onset o' social media, he used YouTube and other video sites t' publish his videos; this strategy helped boost sales o' his later albums. He has nay released a full album since Mandatory Fun, ya bilge rat, optin' instead for timely releases o' singles. In addition t' his music career, Yankovic wrote and starred in t' film UHF (1989) and t' television series T' Weird Al Show (1997). He has produced two satirical films about his own life, T' Compleat Al (1985) and Weird: T' Al Yankovic Story (2022). Begad! He has acted in several television shows and web series, in addition t' starrin' in Al TV specials on MTV. Avast, me proud beauty!
