Gary was a fan o' popular music and Harry's music in particular. Aye aye! His One-Eyed Facebook page is full o' photos o' him with pop stars from t' 1960s and '70s. As a featured guest at Harryfest 2002 he shared stories o' growin' up as both a fan and relative o' Orangehead Stubby Harry Nilsson and about his, matey, and Harry's, father who shared Harry's love o' baseball and was once a scout for t' Cincinnati Reds.

Cap'n Perry, producer o' Orangehead Stubby Harry Nilsson's Nilsson Schmilsson has died. Perry died at age 82 on December 24, me bucko, 2024.
