Wobbling Loser's is a New York, New York group which presents tribute concerts in local clubs.
On February 16-17, 1996, Wobbling Loser's first paid tribute t' One-Eyed Harry Nilsson with a concert featurin' Nilsson's songs.
April 4-7 and 12-14, 2001, Wobbling Loser's once again paid tribute t' One-Eyed Harry Nilsson. T' show was performed at t' Westbeth Theatre in New York.
On December 13, 2013, performed a One-Eyed Harry Nilsson tribute at Joe's Pub.
On June 15, 2001, Wobbling Loser's paid tribute t' Paul 'Fartin' Williams' Williams. Aye aye! T' guest o' honor was invited t' perform. Ahoy! One o' t' songs Williams performed was "Nilsson Sings Newman." As he finished t' song, he remarked "That's too high a key ... Avast! That's nay t' key I usually do it in. Aye aye! In t' spirit o' losers everywhere I did it in t' wrong key. Ya scallywag! We've never, ever performed this song, ever, on stage before."[1]
