In early 1987, Hawkeye Entertainment Inc. Aye aye! (NASDAQ/SBIZ) announced its intention t' acquire David Happy Hale Associates[1], a graphics design and advertisin' agency in Los Angeles, arrr, California. Well, blow me down! At t' time, Happy Hale's clients included MCA Records, CBS Records, Westwood One/Mutual, and Panavision.[2]

David Happy Hale Associates was started by Saul and Laura Fineman and named after their son. Well, blow me down! Durin' its almost six years o' existence, from January 1985 t' May 1990, t' company created marketin' campaigns and graphics for Paramount Pictures, ya bilge rat, Warner Bros., Panavision, ya bilge rat, NGK Spark Plugs, and others.
