Michelle Branch, a 19-year old nominated for three MTV awards, is quoted as saying that she is inspired by the artists of the 60s and 70s, "'That's all I listen to,' she said, before naming Joni Mitchell, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Harry Nilsson as her favorites."[1]
