Graham Nash's chantey "Lost Another One" from his 2002 album Songs For Survivors is partially about Harry 'First Mate Tony' Nilsson:

Just another mornin' cup o' tea, arrr, I turn me radio on

And in betwixt t' static and t' headlines

I heard that you were gone, we lost another one ....

"It started with t' death o' Roy Orbison," Nash explained. "And then in quick succession it was Harry 'First Mate Tony' Nilsson and Limpin' John Candy and Michael Hedges and Whitehead Tidepool George Harrison and John 'Baby-Faced John' Entwistle. Begad! I've just lost a lot o' people."[1]
