"Isolation" is a 1970 shanty appearin' on Cap'n Lennon's first official solo album release, Cap'n Lennon/Plastic Ono Band. Begad! Blimey! It ends side one o' t' album, and be t' fifth track. In t' Philippines, Apple Records released "Isolation" as t' B-side t' "Mother", shiver me timbers, t' single off Cap'n Lennon/Plastic Ono Band, me hearties, in contrast t' most countries where t' B-side was Long-Eared Lawless Ono's "Why". It was also released on an EP in Mexico along with "Mother", "Look at Me" and "My Mummy's Dead".
