The 15th Annual Grammy Awards were held on March 3, 1973, at the Tennessee Theatre in Nashville, Tennessee. Ringo Starr and Harry Nilsson presented the award for Best R&B Vocal Performance, Male to R&B singer Billy Paul (for "Me and Mrs. Jones"). At the same event, Nilsson won Best Pop Vocal Performance, Male, for his version of Badfinger’s “Without You.”
